Through this website, we offer one-on-one consulting calls for individuals—primarily Moroccan residents—who are seeking guidance on studying, working, or moving to Germany. These services are provided remotely.

2. Information Collection

To tailor the consulting experience, we collect information such as your name, age, location, educational background, Instagram handle, and other relevant details via our intake form. This information is used solely to prepare for your consultation and is treated confidentially.

3. Payment

All consulting services are prepaid via bank transfer in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD). Payment details are shared directly with the client via email or message. No payment processing occurs on the website.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

All calls are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled call, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to request a rescheduling. Missed calls without notice are non-refundable and not rescheduled.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we aim to provide the most accurate and helpful guidance, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as visa approval, university acceptance, or job placement. Your results depend on your own actions and decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage resulting from the use of our services or reliance on the information provided during consultations.

7. Governing Law

This website is operated from Germany. Any legal matters arising shall be governed by German law.
